Dr. Cathleen Brown is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who currently lives in the Philadelphia suburbs. She is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Shippensburg University for her undergraduate degree in 2000 and received her DO degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004, both on full academic scholarships from the United States Army. Dr. Brown completed her residency training in the Army at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. She then served in Army bases in El Paso, Texas, and Fort Bragg, North Carolina, caring for female soldiers and female dependents of active-duty soldiers and honorably discharged from the Army after 12 years of meritorious service.
Dr. Brown has dedicated her career to women’s health and spent much of her career educating physicians in training. Currently, Dr. Brown serves as the site director and works as an obstetric hospitalist for the OB Hospitalist Group at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. Dr. Brown loves traveling, gardening, and spending time with her 3 amazing children.
